With Nuestro Mundo Community School as its core, Nuestro Mundo, Inc. empowers and unites community members by providing and enhancing multicultural educational opportunities in Spanish and English. NMI’s mission is to develop, manage and promote k-adult language, cross-cultural educational and leadership opportunities. |

The Road Home Dane County's vision is that “Every Child Deserves a Home.” The Road Home provides opportunities for homeless children and their families to achieve self-determined goals and affordable, stable housing. The organization has been serving homeless families since 1999 when it began as an Interfaith Hospitality Network offering families emergency shelter and case management. Today The Road Home serve 175 families and 400 children annually along a continuum of need, ranging from medical respite to rapid rehousing to permanent supportive housing, and provides case management and support services across all programs. |

A new initiative called Orgullo Latinx LGBT+ of Dane County has been created to support and enhance the lives of the Latinx LGBT+ community in Dane County. Orgullo Latinx LGBT+’s mission is to build a safe, ethnically equitable, and socially just place for the Latinx LGBT+ community in Dane County, where the LGBT+ community can thrive. Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides health education and services for women and their families. Through our free health education classes, information and referral services and smoking cessation counseling, we serve over 7,000 women each year statewide. WWHF has been working to keep Wisconsin women healthy for over 20 years through our mission to Innovate, Impact and Improve women’s health.

Freedom, Inc. engages low- to no-income communities of color in Dane County, WI. We work to end violence against people of color, women, those that non-traditionally gender identify, youth, and our elders, to promote a healthy lifestyle. We create healthy communities by campaigning against the root causes of violence, creating our own definitions of identity and resiliency, and empowering all community members as agents of change.
Our vision is to inspire and restore power to those most affected by violence through leadership development and focusing on community. All of our efforts are specific with regard to language, gender, generation and culture, so that we can ultimately produce lasting forms of social, political, cultural, and economic change. |

Since the beginning, our league has been dedicated to working with our community to support a wide variety of community organizations, whether through direct donations or volunteer hours in support of their missions. We are proud of the work we’ve done, and the number of organizations we’ve supported over the years. We’re even prouder to live in a community with so many good people doing such important work.
